decibelhouse provides event production services including audio, video, lighting, staging, and related technical support, as well as studio mixing and mastering services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in writing through a quote or service agreement before work begins.

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote or, if none is stated, for 14 days. A booking is confirmed only after a signed agreement and any required deposit are received. Dates remain subject to availability until confirmed.

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Deposits are typically non-refundable. Cancellations or significant date changes may forfeit deposits or incur fees depending on timing and costs already committed. Final balances are due before or as specified in the agreement.

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and code—is owned by decibelhouse or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client. Any original content created by decibelhouse for a project is governed by the specific project agreement.

decibelhouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe these terms are being violated.
